We work Vietnam hours (GMT+7), which is when the immigration department is
open and when an application can actually move. Messages outside those hours are
answered first thing the next working morning.

We work with the immigration system, not walk-in traffic, so please message
before visiting — WhatsApp gets you an answer far faster than the door does.
What we do, plainly
We are a paid urgent-visa service. We check your application before it is
filed, submit it during Hanoi working hours, and follow it through if something
goes wrong.
What nobody can do — us included — is buy a place further up the government
queue. There is no official express tier and no priority fee. Any service
claiming otherwise is describing something that does not exist.
The official portal is evisa.gov.vn
and you can apply there yourself. If you have three weeks, do that and
keep your money. We are worth paying when you are inside a week, unsure
about the photo rules, or already stuck.
