Add Vietnam e-visas to what you already sell
You already book flights, tours and hotels into Vietnam. Taiwanese and Indian passport holders need a visa for that trip, and the government portal takes about three working days, does not move at weekends or on Vietnamese public holidays, and has no fast lane. You hand your client a link; we prepare, submit and chase the application; you keep 30 to 50 per cent of our service fee. We are a private company, not the Vietnamese government.

Why agencies add this
It replaces nothing on your shelf. It answers a question your client will bring to you anyway.
- The visa is part of the trip you have already sold — Taiwanese and Indian passport holders always need a visa for Vietnam; there is no exemption for either. Whether they apply on their own or through you, that application has to happen before they fly. You are not selling them something new.
- The official portal has no fast lane — evisa.gov.vn charges US$25 and takes about three working days. It does not move at weekends or on Vietnamese public holidays, there is no option to pay for speed, and there is nobody to call when something goes wrong. What we sell is speed, a check before submission and a person who answers.
- Nothing changes in your operation — You do not collect passports, fill in forms or deal with immigration. You hand over a link carrying your code, and the file is ours from that point. Questions about the visa come to us, not to your counter.

Two of them keep the traveller on your own site. Two need no installation at all and work wherever you can paste a link. Most partners start with the link on the same day.

Our application form inside your own page
You install our plugin, paste your partner code once, and drop a block or a shortcode onto any page. The form then runs inside your page, so the traveller never leaves your site. The plugin is still in beta, so we release it on request rather than from a public directory.

For Wix, Shopify or a custom build we give you a snippet to paste where you want the form to sit. We have to allow your domain on our side first, so this takes a short exchange with us, and we test it together before you publish. For your client the experience is the same as with the plugin.

A link that opens our application form in the language your client reads. Available today: English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Russian. Traditional Chinese is being written by a Taiwanese writer at the moment and is not ready yet; until it is, Taiwanese agencies use the English form, which their customers read comfortably for a form of this kind.

A plain link carrying your code. It works on your website, in WhatsApp or LINE, in an email or in a Facebook post. If you would rather have something visual, we send a ready-made banner in three sizes (300×250, 728×90, 320×100) that you paste once. Nothing to install, and this is how most partners start on the same day.

How the commission is worked out
Commission is paid on the service fee, which is the order total less the government fee. The government fee is US$25 per applicant, or US$50 with multiple entry, and it is never commissionable, because that money goes to the Vietnamese state rather than to us. Your tier is set by the number of paid orders in a calendar month and applies to that month.

- The US$25 government fee (US$50 with multiple entry) is passed straight to the Vietnamese state and comes out of the order total before commission is calculated.
- Commission is earned when the traveller's payment settles, not on clicks and not when an application is started.
- A refunded order reverses its commission.
- We pay monthly by bank transfer or Wise, with a statement listing every order behind the payment: reference number, date, order total, government fee, service fee and your commission.

- Check the application before it goes in: passport details, dates and photograph.
- Submit it, and chase it until the result comes back.
- Answer the traveller's questions about their visa. English always, plus Chinese and Hindi in our chat.
- Issue the documents the traveller needs for airline check-in and for the border.
- Deal with refunds and anything the traveller disputes about the order.
You handle
- Tell your traveller that Vietnam requires a visa and that it can be done quickly.
- Hand them the link, or put the banner or the form on your page.
- Keep your code on whatever you send out, so the order is counted as yours.
- Nothing after that. No documents to collect, no application to chase, no visa questions to answer.
What we will not promise you
- We are a private company. We are not the Vietnamese government and we are not acting on its behalf. The official portal is evisa.gov.vn, where a traveller can apply alone for US$25.
- We cannot guarantee that a visa will be approved. That decision belongs to the Vietnam Immigration Department alone. What we can do is check the application first, so it is not refused over an avoidable mistake.
- This is a sales channel, not an SEO channel. Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" and pass no ranking weight, and the plugin and the embedded form give you no link at all.
- We do not publish partner counts, testimonials or countdown timers, because we would have to invent them.
How to start
- Tell us who you are — Your agency name, your website and the market you sell to. That is all we need to open the account.
- We issue your code within one working day — You get your own partner page, with the link, the banner and the plugin already carrying your code. Nothing to configure.
- Paste it and you are live — Put the link or the banner where your clients will see it. The first order is tracked from the moment it is placed.
Questions agencies ask
How do I get paid?
Once a month, by bank transfer or Wise, whichever suits you. With the payment comes a statement listing every order behind it: reference number, date, order total, government fee, service fee and your commission. Commission counts when the traveller's payment settles, not when they click.
What happens if my client's visa is refused?
Only the Vietnam Immigration Department decides, and we never promise approval. We check every application before submission so it is not refused over an avoidable mistake, and we deal with the traveller directly if something goes wrong. If the order is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.
Do I need a developer?
No. The link and the banner need nothing at all. The WordPress plugin takes about ten minutes: install it, paste your code once, place a block or shortcode. Only the embedded form on a non-WordPress site needs someone who can paste a snippet into a page, and we test that together with you.
Can I work from WhatsApp alone?
Yes. Your link is a plain link, so it works in WhatsApp, LINE, email or a Facebook post just as it does on a web page. Nothing has to be installed anywhere for it to track your orders.
What does my client pay?
One total, with the US$25 government fee already inside it: US$89 for two working days, US$99 for one working day, US$139 for four hours, US$199 for 30-60 minutes (approval in time for airline check-in in about 30 minutes, documents in one to one and a half hours) and US$249 for same-day service at a weekend or on a Vietnamese public holiday. Multiple entry adds US$25.
My client already applied on the government portal and it is stuck. Can you help?
Yes. We can escalate an application the traveller submitted themselves on evisa.gov.vn for US$89, approved within 12 hours of escalation. It is ordered the same way as any other, so it carries your code and your commission.
Which languages can my clients use?
The form opens today in English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French or Russian. Traditional Chinese is being written by a Taiwanese writer at the moment and is not ready yet. Support is in English always, with Chinese and Hindi in our chat.
How do I know an order was mine?
Your code travels in the link (for example vietnamvisahelp.com/apply?ref=CODE) and is stored with the order. We also set a 30-day first-party cookie, so a traveller who looks today and buys next week still counts as yours. Every order appears on your monthly statement with its reference number.
How long until I get my code?
One working day. The code comes with your own partner page, where the link, the banner in all three sizes and the plugin download already carry it. You can be live the same day you receive it.
